**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to build and scale our operational foundation from the ground up. You will be the driving force behind translating business needs into efficient, data-driven operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with product, tech, and senior leadership to create and implement scalable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the development and execution of key operational projects from inception to completion.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable operational metrics and processes.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to design and build automation tools and data pipelines to improve process efficiency.
- Design end-to-end operational processes, including robust monitoring and tracking mechanisms.
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations, project management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading 0-1 projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into operational solutions.
- Experience working with product and technology teams to build automation tools and data integrations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience in Financial industry is a plus.
