Job Description:

The Operation Project Lead is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of high-priority operational projects within the company. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of operational processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and build effective teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate project plans and progress to stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Proficiency in project management system in construction
  • Knowledge of operational processes and procedures within the relevant industry.
