**Job Descriptions**:

- Arrange routine maintenance schedules for building utilities, supervise and check operational schedules for building utilities in an effort to control operational maintenance costs.
- Supervise and check the operational implementation of building utilities so that they run well.
- Evaluate ongoing maintenance and operational systems in accordance with applicable SOPs.
- Checking work orders (on predictive, preventive, corrective & improvement actions) according to schedule.
- Check reports every shift to ensure daily inspections are going according to plan
- Make reports on problems that occur in the field and develop schedules and corrective actions

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Building Management.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Familiarity with operation and maintenance systems for lifts, escalators, air conditioners, Chillers STP.
- Ability to budgeting and planning for building mechanical maintenance.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
