We're Hiring: AI Data Annotation & Testing Project Manager

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced AI Data Annotation & Testing Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of high-quality datasets and user experience testing for AI algorithms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build algorithm product test datasets, including data collection, annotation, cleaning, organization, and quality inspection, to support algorithm performance evaluation tasks.

  2. Handle testing data for Indonesian-language titles, labeling algorithm test data, recommendation algorithm test data, entity recognition algorithm test data, etc.

  3. Develop and organize user experience use cases and questionnaires, and conduct user experience testing, including intent understanding, task tracking, and result analysis.

  4. Conduct end-to-end APP functionality and user experience verification; report APP functionality and experience issues.

  5. Evaluate algorithm performance and user experience from the perspective of users in target regions, and perform user simulation testing.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English

  2. Bachelor's degree or above

  3. Meet the capabilities of a data processing specialist, and have experience in mobile or APP testing

  4. Able to independently lead a data processing team to complete the client's monthly P0 assignments (data and user experience testing)

  5. Possess strong communication, project management, and team management skills

  6. Highly responsible and with strong coordination abilities
