**Job Purpose**:
To develop, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, drive sales growth, and support business objectives. The Marketing Coordinator/Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, seasonal, promotional).
- Assist in creating monthly or quarterly marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies.

2. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials.
- Develop and manage promotional content for print, digital, and social media.

3. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Track online performance via analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

4. Partnership & PR
- Coordinate with influencers, event organizers, and media partners.
- Organize and promote events, product launches, or campaigns.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, and promotional copy.

5. Sales & Promotion Support
- Develop POS materials, brochures, and flyers.
- Support promotional campaigns for new products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with sales team to align messaging and timing.

6. Reporting & Budgeting
- Monitor campaign performance and generate ROI reports.
- Manage marketing budget, invoice tracking, and vendor payments.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing (coordinator) or 5+ years (manager).
- Strong understanding of digital tools, design, and branding.
- Good copywriting, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (for Indonesian roles).
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
