**MARKETING MANAGER**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the company’s visibility within the construction industry.
- Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote the company’s construction projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure expenditures align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, particularly within the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong market analysis and marketing strategy skills.
- Deep understanding of the construction sector and client needs in this field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Proactive, creative, and strategic thinker.

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience in digital marketing and social media campaigns.
