**Responsibilities**:
1. Be responsible for managing the customer's database.

2. Building good rapport and maintaining valuable customers.

3. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

4. Keeping customers updated on the latest information about relationship Programs.

5. Taking feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in related positions.

2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Relation, Public Administration, Marketing, or Business Administrator.

3. Proficient in CRM Program

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

5. A team player, talk-active, and easygoing person

6. Have a fundamental knowledge of Digital Marketing and/or Online Business

**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
