Responsibilities
- Work closely with the channel owner to plan and produce YouTube videos, ensuring that each project aligns with the brand's vision and messaging.
- Take ready-made scripts and bring them to life by producing dynamic, high-engagement video content that captures the attention of the target audience.
- Manage all stages of video production, including shooting, editing, sound design, and post-production, to deliver polished and professional final products.
- Ensure that each video is consistent with the brand's style and appeals to the intended audience while maintaining high production quality.
- Continuously monitor and incorporate the latest trends in video production and YouTube content creation to keep the channel relevant and engaging.
- Streamline the production process to meet deadlines and ensure efficient delivery of content.
- Proven experience as a Video Producer, particularly for YouTube or similar digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video production, ideally in the online business, entrepreneurship, or money-making niche.
- Ability to manage the full video production cycle, including pre-production (planning, scripting), production (filming), and post-production (editing, revisions).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with YouTube content trends, particularly in entrepreneurship and business-related topics, and the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with additional tools such as Google Suite, Notion, and further expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies for YouTube, including optimising videos for search visibility and understanding video marketing best practices.
