Social Media Content Creator

The Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and efficient Social Media Content Creator to join our team full-time at our Bali office, with a strong preference for candidates already located in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will manage, create, and edit engaging content across multiple social media accounts for Republik Labs and our clients, driving organic growth through algorithm-savvy strategies that keep audiences hooked. You will also produce general graphic design assets, such as e-flyers and video thumbnails, to support broader marketing efforts.

This position is essential to Republik Labs' growth, as your content will amplify our Web3 fintech narrative, fostering community engagement and adoption in a region where organic reach can accelerate real-world financial inclusion.

What You Will Do

• Plan, create, edit, and schedule high-engagement content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) tailored to platform algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors across Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
• Design supporting visuals including e-flyers, video thumbnails, infographics, and static assets using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Monitor performance metrics, iterate on content strategies to focus on high-ROI content that balances virality with long-term trust-building.
• Manage and coordinate with multiple client and internal accounts with an organized workflow, meeting deadlines proactively while minimizing supervision.
• Conduct trend research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to optimize organic growth.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with product launches, event updates, and ecosystem campaigns.

Who You Are

Must Have

• You are fluent in English, with sharp written and verbal skills for crafting platform-specific copy that resonates globally and locally.
• You are located in Bali, Indonesia, or willing to relocate, and available to work full-time from our Bali office.
• You have a strong understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and proven organic growth strategies, with a portfolio of accounts showing measurable engagement increases.
• You are proficient in CapCut, Canva, and basic Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) for quick content creation and editing.
• You excel at general graphic design for e-flyers, thumbnails, and marketing visuals that drive clicks and conversions.
• You work quickly, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• You are organized, reliable, and proactive in a result-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

• A portfolio showcasing diverse projects (campaigns, posts, content plans, thumbnails, infographics, etc.)
• Experience with motion graphics and advanced video editing to create dynamic, shareable content.
• Previous work experience with blockchain, crypto, or fintech companies, demonstrating familiarity with Web3 vernacular, community building, and regulatory-sensitive messaging.
• A track record of growing accounts organically in Southeast Asia or emerging markets.
• Skills in analytics tools (e.g., native insights, Google Analytics) to inform data-driven decisions.

Salary and Benefits

Benefits for full-time employees include a starting monthly salary of 4,000,000 IDR (negotiable based on performance after a 3-month probation period), annual paid time off, and 17 company-observed holidays.
