1. Productivity:

- Collect the hardcopy Proof of Delivery (PoD) document from Logistic and Customer Care Team by daily basis. Monitoring and follow up the collection of PoD area with the target aging max. 7 days from billing creation date. Collect the Invoice, Tax Invoice, and any supporting document from Billing Officer on the same day with the invoice list creation. Compile all the supporting documents based on the Customer’s requirement accurately. Submit the Invoice document to the Customer for collection purposes according to Customer’s invoice submission schedule, via locket and expedition. Collect the invoice receipt and any invoice dispute from customer to Billing Officer max. 7 days from the submission date. Follow up if any invoice dispute, and understanding the issue to give the perspective to solve the issue.

2. Reporting:

- Giving directly feedback (related to actual invoice submission date) to Billing Officer in Head Office (HO) for Weekly Invoice Monitoring Report. Giving a feedback of hardcopy PoD collection status by weekly basis for Monitoring PoD Area Report.

3. Other Related Work:

- Input goods receiving number from Customer’s receiving documents. Initiate to contact the respective parties if any follow up related to the PoD and Invoice is needed (Credit Controller, Sales, Logistic, Transporter and Customer Care Team).Monitoring the availability of Letterhead stock for the hardcopy invoice printing and request to Billing Officer in Head Office (HO).
