**The Core Responsibilities**:

- Social Media engagement support for Facebook channels.
- Monitor the problems that drivers report on Facebook channels, and promptly respond to comments or inquiries with explanations and solutions.
- Engage our drivers in a timely manner.
- Committed to resolve all drivers problems within 24 hours after the driver report.
- Oversee the sentiment on Facebook channels and ensure that all member Facebook groups adhere to Facebook group rules.
- Collaborate with the social media team, product team, and relevant stakeholders to obtain updates related to products, features, or programs.

**Requirement**:
1. Bachelor degree from any major.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media Engagement (especially Facebook)

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Reliable, take initiative, and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

6. Critical thinking with the ability of problem-solving.

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Capable of processing and analyze data is a plus (understanding the formula in Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Looker Studio)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
