**Responsibilities**
- Experienced in handling SME loans secured with property collateral, ensuring compliance with established policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Possess knowledge of industry practices, financial statement analysis, and a fundamental understanding of legal aspects related to collateral security and company documentation.
- Able to read and understand customer payment or Non-Performing Loan (NPL) performance for learning of future approval.
- Develop and propose mitigation strategies for financing customers to minimize lending risks, and effectively communicate solutions to sales, marketing, and business teams.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- ** Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst in SME/Micro SME/Commercial Loans.**:

- Having authority limit approval with a minimum of 500 million and the ability to assess the creditworthiness of both individuals and companies.
- Proficient in comprehending the entire credit process and underwriting, including but not limited to loan submission, documentation, policy adherence, approval analysis, and collateral security evaluation.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and a strong interest in analyzing customer data. Exhibit qualities of high responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline.
