**Description Job**:

- Provide legal opinion to the Company's Management regarding strategic planning and decision-making.
- Provide legal opinions, conduct reviews, and prepare draft legal documents related to each company's business activities and new company products/services, including providing legal risk mitigation.
- Prepare and manage legal documentation related to corporate actions including reporting to the competent authorities.
- Manage the corporate legal division by following directions from the Head of Legal & Compliance including ensuring job distribution, turnaround time, and quality of legal work.
- Manage administrative affairs and act as Corporate affairs admin for the Company
- Handle cases related to the company inside and outside the court, including providing strategic advice and monitoring cases.
- Increase legal awareness of company employees related to regulations and legal risks.
- Ensuring the company's compliance with the regulations made by the OJK and the rules used in multi-finance industries
- Dealing with internal and external litigation status
- Handle and prevent internal and external fraud indications
- Litigation proceedings to the police and trial in the court
- Supporting the retail division in the handling of fraud

**Requirements**:

- Law Graduated
- Experience in multi-finance/ banking / Insurance / Financial Service companies
- Minimum 5 years experience, in legal & compliance roles
- Excellent in English communication (oral & written)
- Proven experience in leadership and management skills
- Have a PERADI certificate & license advocate
- Experience in another professional firm in the same business with solid knowledge of regulations relating to the business
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills, the ability to think strategically and handle complex concepts (problem-solving drive)
- Proactive and commercial approach to resolving complex and difficult Risk/legal challenges while ensuring compliance with internal/external regulations.
- Familiar with OSS System.
- Experience coordination with OJK.
- Placement Head Office Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.

**Gaji**

**Salary**: Rp13,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Legal Manager: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- english (required)

License/Certification:
