- Big Data Analysis: Utilize Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Security Management: Implement and enforce security policies to protect IT infrastructure and data.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support various IT projects and initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft MDM solutions.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft tools for Big Data Analysis, including Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and database management.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or similar12.

Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex IT issues.

Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Certifications: Additional certifications in Microsoft MDM or Big Data Analysis.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading IT projects and mentoring junior team

Location: OnSite - Gatot Subroto/Sudirman (Office Hours - OnCall)
On-Call means consultant has to standby 24/7 if any urgent matters and will be handle it by phone/online.
