Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

- Mengakuisisi seller-seller yang berjualan di conventional stores atau di marketplace lain dan telah memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan mengajak seller-seller tersebut untuk upgrade tokonya menjadi Power Merchant
- Menginkubasi seller-seller yang sudah diakuisisi
- Membantu dan memberikan knowledge mengenai bagaimana berjualan dengan baik hingga dapat dengan cepat mendapatkan transaksi di kepada seller-seller yang sudah diakuisisi
- Mengajak seller-seller yang sudah diakuisisi untuk mengikuti flash sale dan campaign-campaign yang tersedia di
- Melakukan updates daily report
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan seller-seller yang sudah diakuisisi.
- Manage Seller-Seller yang sudah di akuisisi selama M+1

Kualifikasi:

- **Pria/wanita berusia 23-27 tahun**:

- **Minimum lulusan S1.**:

- Berpengalaman sebagai sales akuisisi/lapangan selama 1 tahun
- **Wajib memiliki kemampuan bahasa mandarin**:

- Aktif, komunikatif, dan berpenampilan menarik
- Memiliki pengetahuan tentang bisnis e-commerce
- Memiliki device pendukung (laptop) pribadi untuk mendukung operasional kerja
- Bersedia kerja di bawah tekanan dan target

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Dari Rp3.370.000 per bulan
