Dikstra Cipta Solusi is looking for an L1 Security Analyst to join our team. As an L1 Security Analyst, you will be responsible for performing security monitoring and incident response, mainly in endpoint security functions. You will be part of a 24x7 Cyber Security Operations function, and your main responsibilities will include triaging and responding to incidents, routine maintenance of endpoint security platform, writing reports, and escalating advanced threats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play a critical role in protecting organizations from cyber threats
- Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct routine maintenance of endpoint security platform to ensure maximum protection
- Produce accurate and concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with senior analysts to escalate advanced threats and prevent future attacks

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about cybersecurity and eager to learn and grow in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and able to perform under stress
- Demonstrates strong initiative and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing and able to work in a 24x7 shift pattern, ensuring that security incidents are addressed in a timely manner
- Holds a minimum Vocational School Diploma from Computer/Network Engineering or related field (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, the OSI layer, and DNS
- Possession of professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GSEC, CC, SSCP is a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
