Work From Home | Sales Representative, U.S. Markets

We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high-end cleaning services. We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to be part of our team.

This is a fully remote, full-time, work-from-home role.

Duties will include answering calls, quoting customers, and selling them cleaning services. You will be speaking to customers on the phone about our services and quoting them prices in a friendly, upbeat manner. Upselling our services to them is essential, so being comfortable speaking with US customers is important. You need to love speaking with many people each day (6-8 hours of taking calls daily) and have an upbeat, positive manner with customers (even difficult ones).

Fluent written and spoken English, good internet connection and a quiet place to work are required. Reliable internet connection and electric connection is required. You will need to provide your own smartphone, computer and headset for calls. Your computer needs to be able to smoothly manage up to 12 Google Chrome tabs at once.

Required Experience: 2+ years phone sales experience. Fluent English.

Base rate plus commissions
