Position Overview:
The Assistant Designer (Style File) is accountable for assisting the design team in the organization, administration, and maintenance of style files. This position is critical for guaranteeing that all design components are precisely documented and readily accessible during the creative process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support in the development and preservation of style files, guaranteeing that all design details, drawings, and specifications are precisely documented.
- Collaborate with designers to oversee and update style changes, including the monitoring of approvals and modifications.
- Maintain and archive color patterns, fabric samples, and trim options within style files.
- Assist the design team in the preparation of presentations and meetings by guaranteeing that style files are current and comprehensive.
- Collaborate with the production and technical teams to guarantee the fidelity of the design in the samples and to communicate the details of the style file.
- Conduct trend research and compile pertinent information to aid in the creation of new designs.
- Provide support in the revision and refinement of style files in accordance with feedback and design evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a fashion design or administrative role, with a focus on style file management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- A degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred.
