Marketing Assistant

Bali Event Group (BEG) is looking for a Marketing Assistant who combines creativity with technical know-how — someone passionate about storytelling, design, and digital marketing, and who is experienced and knowledgeable in basic website development. This role will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely to support execution across ongoing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Support the management and maintenance of the company website, including content updates, portfolio uploads, and basic troubleshooting.


•⁠ ⁠Assist in content creation, planning, and scheduling for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).


•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in ensuring digital marketing campaigns (newsletters, paid ads, and promotional content) are properly executed and running smoothly.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce engaging visual content.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain the social media calendar and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.


•⁠ ⁠Track and report on social media and website analytics for monthly performance reviews.

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or related fields.


•⁠ ⁠Experienced and knowledgeable in basic website development (WordPress, Wix, or similar).


•⁠ ⁠Familiar with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).


•⁠ ⁠Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.


•⁠ ⁠Understanding of SEO basics and Google Analytics is a plus.


•⁠ ⁠Creative thinker with strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.


•⁠ ⁠Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
