Operational Tax and Asset Servicing is part of Global Securities Operations and is responsible for managing and supporting all operational tax processes and corporate action services for Global Securities Operations of Deutsche Bank AG, Jakarta.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for tax related matters.
- Having good understanding on corporate actions related matters.
- Responsible for the overall tax function within Global Securities Operation, and Securities
- Services and ASL Business Division.
- Provides strategic tax leadership to develop and strengthen the custody operation's tax
- position proactively keeps abreast of tax regulations.
- Provide insight on new tax regulation that have an impact on the business areas supported,
- and ensure the relevant parties are informed, and necessary changes implemented upon
- sign off.
- Provide advice on taxation related matters to securities services and ASL business division.
- Ensure that Global Securities Operation meets all its tax obligations, operates in line with
- the organization’s global tax strategies.
- Prepare withholding tax payment and tax reporting submission for custodian bank
- transaction in our role as withholding tax agent.
- Prepare withholding tax payment and tax reporting submission for transactions of mutual
- fund clients in our role as custodian bank.
- Conducting review on the validity of DGT form and certificate of residence (CoR) of nonresident
- clients.
- Process valid DGT form and certificate of residence (CoR) into Deutsche Bank’s systems and
- Managing clients’ queries including tax reclaim, relief at source, withholding tax slips, and
- tax overbooking request.
- Ensure the process of corporate action mandatory and voluntary events comply with internal
- policy, government regulations and client service agreements.
- Ensure cash distribution of coupon payment is made timely in accordance with the
- regulation.
- Ensure all clients’ (internal and external) queries are dealt with in a timely and effective
- manner.
- Review and update Key Operation Procedure (KOP) on a regular basis.
- Managing relationship with external consultant, tax authority, Securities and Central
- Depository (KSEI), Securities Administration Agency (BAE), and Associations.
- Interaction with various areas within Operations, Network Management, Front Office, Clients, bank network, Risk Team, and Group Tax

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 10 years’ working experiences in tax operations and asset servicing for VP role and minimum 8 years’ working experiences in tax operations for AVP role.
- Having experience in handling taxation related to securities and custodian banks activities including corporate action process.
- Have a strong knowledge in Indonesia tax regulations and requirements.
- Accounts - Reconciliation, Substantiation, MIS, Payments.
- Strong leadership skill with experiences in leading team.
- Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong risk and control mindset and awareness to manage operations risk.
- Ability to continuously deliver improvements in process and transformation.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong capacity to assimilate other stakeholders’ perspectives and fast learning abilities.
- Ability to use sound judgment to meet regulatory standards.
- General knowledge of Business Banking product set.
