We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bogor, Indonesia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
- Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new leads
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication channels and addressing any concerns promptly

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage sales technologies and analytics tools
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
