- Menyusun studi kelayakan pengembangan bisnis terkait potensi pendapatan dan ancaman bisnis.
- Menciptakan jaringan kemitraan strategis.
- Menyusun anggaran keuangan di departemennya.
- Menyusun target dan sasaran yang sejalan dengan strategi pengembangan bisnis.
- Memimpin proyek yang diberikan dari atasan.
- Mengatur, melaksanakan, dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap acara promosi, pemasaran, penjualan, manajemen brand, komunikasi media, riset pasar, pengembangan, dan manajemen produk.

Kualifikasi:

- Minimal S1 (Sarjana) semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman mínimal 4 tahun sebagai Business Development Manager.
- Memiliki pengetahuan menyeluruh tentang prinsip pemasaran, strategi penjualan dan manajemen layanan.
- Memahami strategi pengembangan bisnis.
- Mampu mencapai target penjualan.
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat.
- Memiliki keterampilan manajemen yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan public speaking yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Drone (menjadi nilai tambah)
