**About the company**:
Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

As a **Retail Operations Lead**, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and developing strategic initiatives to enhance BeautyHaul Indonesias retail performance. You will ensure an optimal shopping experience, improve operational efficiency, and develop the retail team across multiple store locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee store operations to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and business performance.
- Ensure consistent implementation of excellent customer service standards.
- Analyze store performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, supply chain) to ensure smooth store operations.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Train and develop the retail team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and retail regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in retail operations, preferably in the **beauty or lifestyle** industry.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills to optimize operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in **team management** with excellent leadership abilities.
- Solid understanding of **merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Willingness to travel to different store locations when needed.
