- Organize and manage the client's daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient time management.
- Send timely reminders and follow-ups for appointments, meetings, and important tasks.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized meeting records and ensure proper documentation is stored and shared as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency with scheduling and productivity tools.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
