We are seeking qualified professional to fill the position of:
**ADMINISTRATION STAFF (SECONDARY SCHOOL)**
- General secretarial duties and assistance with the organization and implementation of the examinations as required by the Kepala Sekolah, IBDP/IGCSE Coordinator and/or Subject Heads
- Maintain all databases and file for DIKNAS, IBDP and/or IGCSE Programmes
- Help coordinate, collate Interim reports, results and semester reports for IBDP/IGCSE students and print where necessary and mail out to parents
- Help with organization of special functions as necessary i.e. attendance list, labels, booking facilities for Parent Teacher Conference.
- Distribute information to teachers and students

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
- Fluent in English
- Organized approach and good communication skills
- Team ethic. This means being able to manage the expectations and demands of a number of people, and effectively communicating ideas and needs to them
- Have the ability to cope with pressure
- Experienced working in a school’s environment and dealing with DIKNAS are plus points
