Participate in structured training and cross-functional rotations to gain a broad understanding of commercial operations in the shipyard industry.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on inquiries and feedback.
- Learn about key operational processes through job rotations within relevant departments.
- Engage in continuous learning and development, including mentorship and performance reviews.
- Support daily administrative and coordination tasks within the Commercial team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of commercial records and correspondence.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and customer segments to support the team’s planning efforts.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Engineering, Production, Finance) to ensure timely follow-up on general commercial matters.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering, Naval System Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering,
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This for 2 Years training program includes job rotations across key Commercial functions.
