- Define and drive the overall strategy for their functional stream, ensuring it is aligned to the Procurement Excellence Strategy.
- Manage a Procurement Excellence team to ensure the implementation, adherence and deployment of the Strategy of the Functional Stream across Procurement organizations in alignment to the Nestlé Procurement Standardized Model

**Key Outputs / Deliverables**
- Define the overall Strategy for the function stream, ensuring it provides world class solutions process, tools, intelligence and talent required by Procurement and other Source to Pay Contributors.
- Ensure direct reports have the required skills and capabilities.
- Lead their team to build and deploy solutions aligned to the Strategy of the Functional Stream and to the Procurement Vision.
- Provide overall visibility of the usage of the solutions provided delivered to Procurement (processes, tools, systems and services).
- Identify and engage relevant external parties to provide external and future insights on Procurement / Functional Stream relevant topics.
- Drive appropriate key partnership within and outside of Procurement function.

- Over a sustained period (3-5 years) has demonstrated success in setting direction and increasing business performance and by leading the development and deployment of key strategies.
- Experience working and operating across multiple countries and / or regions in leadership positions.
- Experience of successfully managing teams in complex environments (multicultural, across different organizations, and locations etc.).
- Has successfully led virtual teams / project teams in complex environments across multiple countries / regions.
- Has successfully led project teams across functions or on an above the market scale.
