An Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and maximize customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively propose upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Min. 1 year of experience as an Account Manager and/or similar client-facing role**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experienced in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships and sales activities.
