**Main Responsibilities**
- _Product Image Editing:_ Enhance and retouch product images to ensure they look their best online.
- _UI/UX Design:_ Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces and improving the user experience on our website and mobile apps working closely with UI/UX team.
- _Collaboration:_ Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches. Report to lead Visual designer.
- _Brand Consistency:_ Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look across platforms.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements & Experiences**:

- Years of Experience : 1-2 years of industry experience in Visual Creative field
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, basic UI/UX design
- Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of graphic design principles, including colour theory, typography, and layout.
- Experience: Previous experience in a visual design role is a plus, especially in fashion or e-commerce.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop eye-catching designs. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure high-quality visual content.

- The ability to think & work strategically and systematically.
- Have good attention to detail and an eye for good composition and layout.
- A self-starter, proactive, and hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast
- Strong project management and execution abilities.
- Strong layout, large-scale FA, and production design skills.
- Strong communication skills to influence internal stakeholders.
- Dedicated to deadlines and have excellent time management to always be on schedule.
- A growth mindset and desire to constantly iterate, improve, and upskill oneself.
- Strong collaborative attitude.
