Moladin is looking for a skilled Pricing Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to Car Pricing and market trends to help Moladin make informed pricing decisions. With the support of the company's cutting-edge technology and strong partner network, you will contribute to Moladin's mission of simplifying the transaction process and creating a better customer experience for agents, dealers, and customers across Indonesia.

**Responsibilities**
- Appraisal car condition based on inspection result and determine adjustments financing price to dealers.
- Analyze and compare the financing price to dealers against the price of the units in the market.
- Develop pricing framework to identify the best way to make Deduction.
- Give recommendations on inspection framework to improve Appraisal process.
- Conduct market research and gather data from various sources to analyze trends in the automotive industry, particularly in the used car market.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support Moladin's sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of pricing decisions, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Assist with other analytical projects as assigned by the company leadership.

**Requirements**:

- ** A minimum of 3 years of experience as a pricing analyst or in a related field within the used car or car financing industry is required.**:

- ** Prior experience in car inspection is highly desirable.**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of Moladin.
