**JOB TITLE**:Commercial Finance Analyst - Pricing & Excise and Credit Control**

**FUNCTION: Finance**

**SUB FUNCTION: Finance - Marketing**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Jakarta, Indonesia**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is expected to be filled in by a finance professional with high analytical acumen and compliance awareness, who will be involved in forecasting, controlling, analysis on financial performance and can act as a finance business partner to Marketing Team. Primary responsibility is related to pricing and excise as well as credit control.

**Reports to: Commercial Finance Manager - Pricing & Excise and Credit Control**

**Geographic Scope: Local**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Setting up and maintaining pricing in SAP system
- Regularly maintaining BAT and competitors pricing modelling for internal and external forecasting and reporting purpose
- Preparing excise and regulatory reports
- Maintaining AR aging report, regularly aligning customers’ payment plan to avoid AR overdue as well as reviewing their credit limit
- Maintaining customers’ payment security
- Reconciling and updating actual cash collection from customers
- Ensuring compliance on SOx requirement related to pricing and credit control decisions

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent (preferable from accounting or finance) with minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Strong capability in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- SAP Knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management across functions.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Proactive and open to change & new insights.
