**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile **Healthcare Product Designer** to contribute to the development of our baby healthcare program. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, startup environment, working across multiple disciplines and making a real impact on the lives of parents and their newborns. You will be involved in user research, product development, and marketing initiatives, gaining valuable insights into the entire product lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:
**User Research & UX**
- Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand the needs and pain points of parents regarding baby healthcare.
- Contribute to the development of user personas and user journey maps.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the baby healthcare program's digital platform.
- Analyse user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.

**Product Development**:

- Support the product team in defining and prioritising product features for the baby healthcare program.
- Assist in competitive analysis and market research.
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation and specifications.
- Help with the testing and quality assurance of the product.

**Marketing & Communications**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the baby healthcare program.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels.
- Assist in analysing marketing data and generating reports on campaign performance.
- Help to develop and execute community management strategies.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and other content.

**Qualifications**:

- Having a degree in UX Design, Product Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in healthcare and/or the baby/parenting market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, basic video editing skills) is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media management tools, Google Analytics) and staying updated with social media video trends is a plus.
