**Requirements**:
**Education & Background**
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in purchasing/administration is an advantage.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and purchasing/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized in handling data.
- Basic negotiation skills with vendors/suppliers.
- Good understanding of purchasing flow, from purchase requests to goods receipt.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage (F&B) products and supplies.
**Character & Personality**
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of multitasking and working under deadlines.
**Additional (preferred)**
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics management.
- English proficiency (at least passive, active is a plus).
- Experience in dealing with both local and international vendors is an advantage.
