**Job Purpose**:
Leads the front-desk greeting and seating operations, ensuring an exceptional first impression and efficient table flow. Acting as the link between the reservation team and service floor, this role balances guest hospitality with real-time operational coordination

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage real-time seating plans to balance reservations, walk-ins, and table turnover.
- Coordinate VIP tables, special occasions, and large party arrangements.
- Handle guest concerns or seating conflicts promptly and discreetly.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues before handoff to service staff.
- Communicate effectively with Restaurant Managers and service teams to maintain accurate guest flow.
- Provide daily reports on guest flow and seating performance.
- Identify recurring challenges such as long wait times or overbookings and recommend improvements.
