As an **HR Supervisor - Hotel**, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, maintaining legal compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring smooth workforce management.

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum **3 years of HR experience**, preferably in the **hospitality industry**:

- Strong knowledge of **HR operations, labor laws, and employee relations**:

- Excellent **communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills**:

- Proficiency in **HRIS systems and HR management software**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records management**:

- Ensure **compliance with labor laws**, company policies, and hospitality regulations
- Develop and implement **employee engagement and retention strategies**:

- Handle **employee relations**, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Support training programs and career development initiatives for hotel staff
