As a **Sales & Marketing F&B Sr. Supervisor**, you will play a critical role in developing marketing initiatives, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting revenue growth across our F&B outlets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing—preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.

- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, especially in campaign planning and customer engagement.

- Able to coordinate end-to-end marketing activities (offline & online).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, and support revenue achievement for all F&B outlets.

- Plan, organize, and evaluate promotional campaigns—both digital and offline—based on market conditions and customer preferences.

- Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Operational Teams to ensure campaign readiness, smooth implementation, and accurate performance tracking.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and brand strengthening.

- Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and communities to support strategic marketing initiatives.
