**About the Senior Data Scientist Role**:
As the Senior Data Scientist, you will work with machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to influence business values in the company.
- Develops and implements analytics enabled solutions to improve business process, to generate insights, support business goals and strategy development Owns and delivers projects of diverse scope
- Utilise machine learning models and advanced analytic solutions to solve business problems
- Improve predictive value of our models, and monitor model performance in production systems closely
- Identify problems and hypotheses, develop recommendations and decision support tools to increase business value
- Works on problems of diverse scope / complexity where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors.
- Strong ability to generate relevant, actionable insights based on iterative data analysis, translate data-driven output into business language, and to make appropriate recommendations to respective business stakeholders Independently provides analysis on datasets of significant complexity.
- Shares ideas with others, leads brainstorming sessions. Contributes to solutions outside immediate area of expertise.
- Understands how their project supports broader business strategy, including the core drivers of business value. Able to prepare a business case on the benefits of their assigned work. Incorporates lessons learned throughout the business into their work.
- Strong ability to construct systematic process to implement analytics insights and solutions.

**Requirement**:

- Education S1 - Bachelor Degree
- Professional/Trade Qualification Commercial experience solving high impact business problem using data science
- Experiences Minimum 3 years
- Fluency in Python, R, and other Data Science toolkit
- Experience working with relational SQL databases
- Deep understanding of Linear Algebra, (Multivariate) Calculus, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Algorithms and complex optimisation
- Good understanding of CS fundamentals e.g. algorithms and data structures
- Must be results-oriented and willing to work in a fast and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Honest, responsible and have a good work ethic.
