Working with internal line managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies

Handle end-to-end recruitment activity from the sourcing until onboarding

Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)

Manage the various recruitment channels (e.g. job portals, universities, headhunters)

Oversees the weekly workflow of the probations employee

Reporting the recruitment performance

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Must have experience in the end-to-end recruitment process (from gathering hiring needs to onboard)

Must have experience in recruiting tech talents such as Back-end Developer, Front-end Developer, and Quality Assurance

Seeking an opportunity to grow

Good interpersonal skills and good verbal & written communication skills

Innovative and initiative in working both individually and within a team

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet the deadline

Strong in data and excel formulas is a huge plus

Fluent in English is a huge plus

Be able to work on-site in Malang
