About the Role

We are looking for a
Project Manager
to lead a high-impact, multi-stakeholder technology and education initiative.

This role will oversee the project's end-to-end implementation — from planning and coordination to execution, reporting, and team management.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the project's quality and innovation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (including mentors, facilitators, and technical staff).
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for participants and trainers.
  • Supervise training implementation, workshops, and showcase events.
  • Oversee project reporting, monitoring, and evaluation processes.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and provide strategic updates regularly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years
    experience in project management, including
    2 years in tech-based or data-related projects
    .
  • Proven experience leading software or technical teams using
    Agile/Scrum
    methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of
    Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    and AI/ML workflows.
  • Familiarity with
    Python, Git, Jupyter, MLflow
    , or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in
    Bahasa Indonesia and English
    , both written and spoken.
