Responsible end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, assessment, interview, negotiation, on-boarding)

Design and implemented internal employee engagement event

Ensuring the compliance of the contract with the labor regulations

Support human capital operational (related to recruitment process)

Involved in developing human capital target and strategies process
Bachelor in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related from reputable university

Have min. 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR

Preferable has experience in using and interpreting Assessment Tools (DISC, Pauli, Big5, Papikostick)

Have experience in using Competency Based Interview

Have good understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations

Have good interpersonal skills to interact and engage with other department

Excellent communication skills, self-organized and self-driven

Proficiency in using various job portal

Enjoy to build engagement activities

Experienced in working in a dynamic, start-up environment will be an advantage

Willing to Hybrid (1x WFO perweeks)
