Operational Supervision: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that processes are efficient and align with company goals. Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate activities to optimize productivity and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and workflows. Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Technology and Systems: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies. Ensure systems are used effectively and provide support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory control processes, including stock monitoring, order fulfillment, and storage solutions. Address inventory discrepancies and implement measures to prevent issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations. Use data to identify trends, assess performance, and drive improvements.
- Cost Control: Assist in monitoring and managing budgets for warehouse operations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement cost-control measures.
- Project Support: Support warehouse development projects, including layout changes, system upgrades, and process enhancements. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong in analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving
- Focused on achieving company targets KPI
- Willing to work underpreasure
- Good communication skills and strong leadership
- Proficient in operating ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Good Warehouse Practice procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Evaluate end to end process for improvement
- 10.Strong understanding of end to end warehouse process (Inbound, Collecting, Packing, Outbound, inventory)
