Job Overview

A forklift operator is responsible for operating a forklift to handle material handling, loading and unloading, stacking, and warehouse management, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of materials. This position is suitable for individuals with agility, a strong sense of responsibility, and a strong sense of safety.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift to handle material handling, loading and unloading, and shelving.

Handle raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished products according to warehouse or production schedules.

Check the quantity, model, and packaging of goods to ensure they match the receipt.

Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance (fuel level, battery level, tires, brakes, etc.).

Maintain a clean warehouse, properly stack goods, and ensure safe passageways are clear.

Comply with company safety operating procedures and warehouse management regulations.

Promptly report any abnormalities during transportation to superiors.

Requirements

Education: Junior high school or above; possess a forklift operator's license.

Experience: Forklift operating experience preferred; training is available upon joining.

Skill Requirements:

Proficient in operating all types of forklifts (electric, internal combustion, and warehouse use)

Familiar with cargo handling and stacking regulations

Strong safety awareness, meticulousness, and a high sense of responsibility

Physical Requirements: Able to withstand long hours of operation and handling

Work Environment

Factory workshop, warehouse, or logistics center.

The work environment may be noisy, dusty, or hot, requiring personal protective equipment (PPE).

Shift work and overtime may be required.
