**Responsibilities**:

- Manage logistics services for projects from inception to destination(s).
- Coordinate communication between Service Providers and Sinotrans CSC Indonesia.
- Work closely with Project Manager to oversee operations and logistic teams at key locations.
- Maintain strong communication links with other locations.
- Collaborate with service providers to coordinate cargo transportation from entry ports to final destinations.
- Develop ground-level logistics plans and oversee all shipments.
- Provide support across different operational areas during peak periods.
- Ensure project compliance with Customs and shipping regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members across various locations to achieve project objectives.
- Plan logistics details such as stowage and potential obstacles.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordinator role within logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Arc GIS, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Preferably experienced in Ocean/Air Freight operations.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for business and work on-site when required.

**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
