**About the Role**:
As a freelance Social Media Specialist on our Commercial Marketing and Strategy team, you'll craft and execute content strategies for Instagram and other platforms, aligning with our brand's voice. You'll manage incoming leads, create engaging content, and use your analytical skills to drive lead generation and track performance against KPIs.

**What You Will Do**:

- Along with Campaign Manager, develop and create content plans for Instagram and any other social media accounts owned by the company that align with the companys brand
- Handle incoming leads and make sure all leads are well-entertained and distributed
- Develop and create engaging content for Instagram, including image and video content, as well as create engaging copywriting
- Identify social media strategies and tactics to drive lead generation and improve key metrics
- Analyze, measure, and report ads performance to ensure meeting the KPIs

**What You Will Need**:

- Able to manage an Instagram account (and other social media is a plus)
- Able to use Google Spreadsheets daily for reporting purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable in writing and storytelling
- Update to the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
