**About The Role** We’re looking for a Pricing & Supply Senior Associate to join our GoSend Strategy & Planning team at Gojek in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you’ll take charge of critical levers like customer pricing, driver pricing & incentives, and allocation. Your mission? Use structured problem-solving and a data-driven mindset to help GoSend strengthen its market position in a sustainable, profitable way. The best part: your work directly shapes GoSend’s (and GoBox) growth and bottom line. **What You Will Do**: - Develop and lead GoSend’s pricing and supply initiatives, from strategy design to execution. - Design data-driven experiments and communicate insights to senior leadership to support business and product prioritization. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end implementation. - Continuously explore Gojek’s rich data ecosystem to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. **What This Role Needs**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or other related fields - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an analytical or strategic role - Strong problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven approach - Strong communication skills and a team player mindset - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and align multiple stakeholders - Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is preferred - Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment **About The Team** The GoSend Strategy & Planning team is a lean team that plays a vital role in managing pricing, supply, and demand across all Gojek markets.
