We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media - Senior Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our multi-brand social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and other media channels - ensuring alignment with company goals, editorial direction, and regional business needs.

You will work closely with the content marketing lead, content managers, regional teams, and designers to create a comprehensive social media strategy, publish compelling, timely, and professional content that engages our B2B audience and enhances our visibility across Asia’s key investment markets.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan, draft, and schedule professional social media content aligned with our content calendar, time-zone strategy, and audience expectations.
- Ensure high-quality execution of daily posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook for Asia Briefing brands and Dezan Shira & Associates.
- Work closely with editorial and publication teams to translate technical material into engaging and accessible post formats.
- Collaborate with the design team to support visuals and carousels for thought leadership, reports, events, and service campaigns.
- Coordinate social media support for webinars, events, and internal initiatives.
- Monitor post-performance and assist in preparing monthly KPI and competitor reports.
- Identify improvement opportunities in copy, hashtags, timing, or design to support engagement and brand growth.
- Contribute to regional social collaboration and assist editors in managing LinkedIn groups or regional channels.
- Provide guidance and support to interns and contributors on content workflows.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B social media marketing or digital content roles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly on social media channels.
- Familiarity with Asian markets, foreign investment topics, and international business audiences preferred.
- Experience with content scheduling and performance tools (e.g., Hootsuite, mentions, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Comfortable coordinating across functions with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
