**About Us**:
We are hiring an organized and service-driven Reservation Manager to ensure every guest’s first interaction with our restaurant is smooth, personalized, and welcoming.

The restaurant is opening on the former site of Fat Mermaid, now undergoing a full transformation into a refined yet welcoming space rooted in Indonesian culture with a modern edge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate seating arrangements with the floor team to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Track and record guest preferences, repeat customers, and VIP profiles.
- Handle last-minute bookings, large party coordination, and special requests.
- Maintain proper communication between guests, kitchen, and service staff.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and contribute to operational planning.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar guest-facing role.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Chope, SevenRooms, or OpenTable.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
