We are looking for a new team member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, guest inquiries, and assisting with all reservation-related activities to ensure smooth operations at our hotel/villas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle cancellations, modifications, extensions, and no-show reservations.
- Coordinate guest requests for additional services such as airport transfers, transport bookings, and special accommodations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the reservation system.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure that all guest requests and booking details are communicated effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bali domicile
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in handling online bookings and familiar with a booking channel manager is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to start immediately.
