**Job Description: Safety Project HSE Manager**:

- **Policy and Procedure Development**
- Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards.
- ** Risk Identification and Assessment**
- Conduct risk identification and assessment on project sites to ensure all potential hazards are identified and mitigations are implemented.
- ** Training and Education**
- Plan and conduct HSE training for all project employees to ensure they understand and comply with safety standards.
- ** Inspections and Audits**
- Perform regular inspections and audits of project sites to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- ** Incident Investigation**
- Investigate incidents occurring on project sites, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**
- Collect, analyze, and report HSE data to management and relevant authorities as required.
- ** Team Collaboration**
- Collaborate with project teams, management, and third parties to ensure high safety standards are implemented throughout all project phases.
- ** Safety Equipment Management**
- Manage and ensure the availability and proper functioning of necessary safety equipment on project sites.

**Requirements: Safety Project HSE Manager**:

- **Education**
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- ** Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HSE, with specific experience in HSE management within construction or heavy industry projects.
- ** Certifications**
- Possess HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or relevant national certifications.
- ** Technical Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of national and international HSE regulations.
- Ability to identify and assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- ** Managerial Skills**
- Project management skills and strong communication skills.
- Experience in leading and managing HSE teams.
- ** Analytical Skills**
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and produce accurate reports.
- ** Language Skills**
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- ** Computer Skills**
- ** Soft Skills**
- Leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
