**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for sustainable fashion collections, including apparel, accessories, activewear, intimates and swimwear.
- Manage and organize a teams from design to sample room to complete all tasks for production and marketing
- Creating design presentations, Tec packs and designing custom prints according to the project brief
- Collaborate closely with the team: design and production teams to ensure designs align with sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices and completed within the project timeline.
- Overseeing various design projects that will require different deliverables and deadlines
- Designing sketches for new products with a design team
- Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design
- Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices and managing marketing
- Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and models
- Communicating technical design information for customer samples
- Developing CAD sketches to present to stakeholders
- Overseeing the prototype sample process
- Working with the design team to create mood boards
- Creating cost sheets and product lists

**Requirements**:

- Preferable Senior Fashion Designer with management and organizational skills, fashion business development experience, specializing in fashion design or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within administration or project management
- Management and organizational skills, Set all schedules to meet dead lines, Costing budgets. Strong organizational, attention to details and multitasking skills.
- Creating technical specifications pack. Proficient knowledge of Adobe illustrator, Adobe photoshop and pattern and grading software,
- Manage and utilize and direct team to assign and help complete all tasks
- Liaise with vendors from material to production sources,
- Make patterns and grading for all designs. Knowledge of modern sewing techniques and stitching and all production processes.
- Material merchandising and Quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva (or other similar design software)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Report to C.E.O / Creative director to co-ordinate brand direction and follow assigned tasks to meet all timelines and production schedules.
